Relaxed, convenient and delightful Positive: Excellent location being 2mins from the beach but also at the quieter end of the Esplanade. Super convenient and helpful to have an allocated parking space right outside the property. The apartment was modern, clean, bright and comfortable and a perfect base for our short stay., Negative: The steep stairs! Inevitable in this style of property but it keeps you fit. The pros of this property far out weigh the worry of steps unless you have mobility challenges.

Positive: Nice little apartment clean and tidy Negative: The apartment was boiling hot could not open the windows more than 6 inches, this completely spoilt the stay as only 1 fan provided which only moved the hot air around the room. Given the wrong lock box so couldn’t get in phoned the number provided but the guy didn’t have a clue and said somebody would phone me back but nobody did. Had a query about the car park phoned again but the lady this time also didn’t have a clue and said someone will phone me back but again nobody did. After half an hour phoned a mobile number and another lady sorted both problems out in 2 minutes.
